Can you take over infrastructure from another IT supplier?

Yes. We do an audit, document what we have, run the transition in parallel with the existing supplier and take over fully when everything is documented and tested. No disruption.

How many workstations or servers is the minimum to work with you?

We have no imposed minimum. We work with companies from a few workstations to dozens of servers. We size the team and contract to the real needs of the company.

How does support work outside business hours?

We offer support outside standard hours for clients who need extended availability. The times and conditions are agreed in the contract.

Do you also help with purchasing new equipment?

Yes. We recommend equipment suitable for your needs, help with selection and configuration and integrate the new equipment into the existing infrastructure.
